Individual therapy sessions (50 minutes): $165.00 (limited sliding scale slots available)

Initial Consultation

Email or telephone me for a free 20 minute telephone consultation or a reduced rate ($70.00) in-depth, video consultation (45 minutes). The face to face option provides a better opportunity for us to determine if I am the right therapist for you.

Payment

e-transfer (approximately 30 minutes before your appointment), cash and cheque payments are due at the beginning of each session.

Insurance

Psychotherapy may be covered by extended health care benefits, please check with your insurance provider.

Cancellation Policy

Once an appointment is scheduled for you, payment will be expected if 24 hours notice of cancellation is not provided - unless we both agree that you were unable to attend due to circumstances beyond your control.
